Inner Engineering Total is a 4-day, in-person program which combines the tools from Inner Engineering Online and the Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya from Inner Engineering Completion course. 

To volunteer is to become willing. To be willing beyond personal choices is the way to liberation.

As a volunteer for this program:

• Join select class sessions to refresh and deepen your experience.
• Feel energized and fulfilled by being a part of Sadhguru’s work.
• Meals included complimentary.

You can volunteer for any or all the days. It is recommended that you volunteer for the entire day, however, if this is not possible, the Isha program coordinator can assist you when to arrive/depart based on the session and break timings.

There will be an in-person volunteer meeting with the Inner Engineering Ishanga (instructor) either Tuesday or Wednesday before the program begins. The meeting timing and location will be shared during the week before the program starts. Also, during the program, there will be a short volunteer meeting with the Inner Engineering Ishanga (instructor) at the end of each day. Please plan to join, so you can be fully oriented for the next day’s sessions.

As Sunday is the Shambhavi Mahmudra Kriya initiation, it is recommended to volunteer for the entire day, to create the necessary ambiance for the participants to go through the initiation.  If this is not possible, please plan to arrive at the latest by 10am, as there will be an all-volunteer meeting to be oriented on how to go through and support the processes the rest of the day.
